We're looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Finland or US to join the CS team and play a key role in driving value for M&A professionals using our AI deal sourcing platform. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with PE firms, investment banks, and corporate development teams to help them maximize the value of our platform in their deal sourcing and evaluation processes. You'll take ownership of accounts, build strong relationships with deal professionals, and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless experience while identifying opportunities to expand usage and drive upsells. This is a hands-on role where you'll wear many hats, with responsibilities such as:
- Account management: Own key accounts, manage renewals, and proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Drive engagement: Help customers succeed through onboarding, support, and data-driven insights.
- Driving success: Help customers reach their goals and turn their feedback into product improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone ready to take ownership, show initiative, and drive results by managing accounts, ensuring retention, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Customer-first mindset, empathetic, and entrepreneurial, with a passion for building strong relationships and helping customers succeed.
- Flexibility to work with global time zones.
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- A university degree in business or a related field (or soon graduating).
- Previous experience in EITHER
- Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or another customer-facing role, OR
- Investment banking, Private equity, venture capital, M&A advisory, or a similar finance / transaction-driven role
