Sales Development Representative

We're hiring driven Sales Development Representatives to join our sales team in Helsinki!
You’ll play a key role in driving outbound sales – identifying and reaching out to top financial institutions, including private equity firms, investment banks, and VCs. Your goal is to open doors, start conversations with senior decision-makers, and book high-value meetings alongside our Account Executives.
Who we’re looking for
- A strong communicator who can confidently engage with decision-makers.
- Interest in fintech, private equity, venture capital or investment banking.
- Native-level English, spoken and written
- A goal-oriented team-player who loves hitting and exceeding targets.
- No prior experience required - we are looking for potential and the right attitude
Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting – Identifying and reaching out to our icp clients
- Engaging with senior decision-makers – Building relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Booking high-value meetings – Using phone, email, and LinkedIn to open doors and create new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the SDRs and wider sales & growth team!
